WEAR A FACE COVERING
It is compulsory for all patients to wear a face mask when attending appointments at the clinic.
USE HAND SANITIZER
We kindly ask that all patients sanitize their hands at the sanitizer stations upon arrival.
PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please keep a physical distance of at least 6ft from other people when in attendance at the clinic.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 please DO NOT visit the clinic but contact appropriate testing centers.

Insurance Medical Assessment, Personal Injury and Disability Assessment, Workplace Injury Assessment, Marine Medical Examiner, Expert Medical Examiner, Medical File Review, CAPP Medical Examination, Pre- Placement Evaluation and Post-Placement Assessment.
Iron Transfusion
Iron transfusion is available at Eastside Medical Clinic by referral from your primary care provider.
Find out from your clinic if iron transfusion could be of benefit to you.
Iron transfusion is needed sometimes to manage anemia after assessment by your primary care provider.
Your insurance or OHIP may cover the cost of the iron solution but not the administration of the infusion.
The cost is $200 per session.
